We’re looking for a creative and trend-savvy Marketing Coordinator to help bring our brand to life across social media and digital platforms. This role is perfect for someone who loves storytelling through visuals and video, stays ahead of online trends, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. The Marketing Coordinator will take the lead on social media management, content creation, and digital storytelling while also assisting with broader marketing initiatives such as email campaigns, community outreach, and brand consistency across all channels. Responsibilities: Social Media & Digital Content. • Plan, create, and publish engaging content across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.). • Edit and optimize short-form videos, reels, and graphics to align with current trends and platform best practices. • Write attention-grabbing captions, scripts, and post copy that reflect our brand voice. • Monitor engagement and collaborate with team members to develop creative campaigns that boost visibility and audience connection. • Stay up to date on social media trends, viral challenges, and competitor strategies to keep content fresh and relevant. • Track performance metrics and provide regular reports on engagement, growth, and reach. Content • Creation & Brand Support. • Design visually appealing assets for digital ads, social posts, newsletters, promotional items, etc. • Capture or source authentic photos and videos that showcase our team, community, and clients. • Support brand storytelling through multi-channel campaigns, from concept to execution. • Assist in maintaining consistency with brand colors, tone, and visual style. Email & Campaign Management • Create and distribute email newsletters and eblasts using platforms such as Mailchimp. • Write compelling subject lines and calls-to-action that drive engagement. • Manage contact lists and audience segmentation for targeted communications. • Track and report on email performance metrics. Marketing Collaboration & Support • Work closely with the Marketing Director and other team members to brainstorm creative ideas and plan campaigns. • Conduct research on industry trends and competitive marketing efforts. • Assist in organizing and maintaining marketing calendars, ensuring deadlines are met. • Support ad hoc marketing projects, events, and community initiatives as needed. Administrative Tasks • Help organize digital files, manage shared folders, and maintain marketing asset libraries. • Provide general administrative and creative support to the marketing team as assigned. Qualifications: • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, social media, or digital content creation. • Proficiency with design and editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar). • Experience with social media management and email platforms (Hootsuite and Mailchimp preferred). • Strong understanding of digital trends, storytelling, and community engagement. • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills. • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with strong follow-through. Compensation: $19 - $22 hourly
