Base pay range $110.00/hr - $115.00/hr Direct message the job poster from Catapult Solutions Group Web & App Products | Potential for Extension or Conversion We’re looking for a Senior UI Motion Designer who can bring digital products to life through meaningful, system-driven animation. You’ll focus on UI motion for web applications , working closely with design and product partners to craft motion that enhances usability, storytelling, and brand cohesion. This is a hands-on role for an individual contributor with a product mindset — someone who can show end-to-end motion workflows from concept through implementation and developer QA. What You’ll Do Create motion prototypes that define transitions, interactions, and micro-animations. Deliver production-ready assets (Lottie, JSON) and partner with developers for implementation. Contribute to design systems by defining motion patterns, easing, and timing standards. Present work that clearly communicates process, rationale, and results. What You Bring 5+ years of motion design experience for digital products. Expert in Adobe After Effects with Overlord, Flow, and Bodymovin plugins. Figma proficiency for motion exploration and collaboration. Strong understanding of interaction design and motion’s role in UX. Portfolio with 2–3 samples showing full process from concept to implementation. Bonus Points Experience with Rive or similar interactive motion tools. Familiarity with large-scale design systems and accessibility standards.
