We’re looking for a Video Production Manager who brings equal parts artistry and organization to every project. Someone who can film and edit with heart, communicate with clients with clarity, and build systems that keep our creative engine running smoothly. This role blends hands-on production, post-production, and project management — perfect for someone who loves both the creative and operational sides of storytelling. What You’ll Do Create and Capture Create and edit videos and podcasts Film stories that shine light on people, purpose, and impact — from interviews and events to podcasts. Edit footage into compelling narratives that reflect the voices of those we serve. Manage color correction, audio, subtitles, and final delivery to ensure professional quality across every platform. Lead and Organize Collaborate on all stages of video production — from scheduling and budgets to timelines and delivery. Develop and refine systems that keep projects on track and teams aligned. Organize and manage asset libraries and ensure consistency in brand, voice, and quality across all projects. Collaborate and Connect Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients and internal teams, ensuring communication is clear and expectations are met. Support the creative process with thoughtful input, from pre-production planning to storyboarding and post-production review. Help elevate how Chaski Global tells stories — combining data, emotion, and design to amplify impact. What You Bring 4+ years of experience in video production, podcast production, editing, or creative project management. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or comparable software; experience with After Effects a plus. Strong visual storytelling skills and an eye for detail in every frame. Comfort behind the camera and in front of clients — professional, calm, and collaborative. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with grace.
