We’re growing fast, and we’re looking for a Senior Marketing Manager/Director of Marketing to lead the charge.
About the Role We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Marketing Manager to lead and grow our marketing team. This individual will oversee and optimize the full marketing lifecycle across organic and paid channels, managing a team of channel specialists, and aligning marketing strategy with client goals and internal revenue targets.
This is a senior leadership role focused on outcomes, optimization, and accountability. You will directly manage SEO, SEM, and Social Media specialists, ensuring campaigns are aligned with performance metrics, while maintaining a strong pulse on industry trends, emerging tools, and attribution strategies.
Key Responsibilities Lead, manage, and mentor a cross-functional marketing team, including SEO, SEM (Google/Bing), and Social Media Ads specialists.
Develop team OKRs, individual KPIs, and structured performance review processes.
Foster a culture of experimentation, accountability, and collaboration.
Develop and implement full-funnel marketing strategies tailored to the vacation rental industry and aligned with client acquisition, conversion, and retention goals.
Own the strategy and execution of all marketing channels
Review, optimize, and report on marketing performance at the campaign, channel, and client level.
Serve as a strategic advisor to clients.
Present campaign insights, market opportunities, and tactical recommendations.
Support the sales team with pitch decks, case studies, and marketing insights for prospective clients.
Partner with leadership to define pricing strategies, margins, and client onboarding processes for marketing services.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with 2+ years in a management or director-level role
Proven success managing performance-driven SEO, SEM, and Paid Social campaigns
Experience managing and mentoring small-to-mid-sized marketing teams
Strong analytical skills and deep familiarity with platforms like Google Ads (Search, Display, PMax), Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or equivalent SEO tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with Webflow, WordPress (headless CMS), or Vercel
Experience in the vacation rental, hospitality, or travel industries is a plus
MBA or a relevant Master's is a plus
Compensation Base Salary: $82,000 – $95,000 per year
Bonus: Performance-based annual bonus eligibility
