We are seeking an experienced and highly analytical Marketing Operations Analyst to join our team. This is a self-starting role where you will be expected to bring expertise in marketing analytics, attribution, and reporting frameworks to help us elevate our marketing performance. You will analyze our current reporting landscape, identify gaps, and build a scalable framework for campaign, funnel, and revenue reporting. The ideal candidate thrives in an environment where they can take ownership, set best practices, and influence strategy through data-driven insights.

Responsibilities Reporting & KPI Framework Build and own a comprehensive reporting and KPI framework that provides visibility into marketing effectiveness, pipeline contribution, and ROI. Establish consistent definitions and standards for KPIs across marketing functions. Act as the primary reporting lead, working closely with Marketing Operations Specialists to gather meaningful data inputs that feed into reporting systems.

Attribution & Performance Measurement Own multi-touch attribution modeling in Marketo Measure (Bizible), ensuring accuracy in pipeline and revenue influence reporting. Provide clear visibility into marketing’s impact across channels, campaigns, and programs. Act as the subject matter expert for marketing performance measurement, proactively identifying areas for improvement.

Funnel Analysis & Insights Conduct in-depth analyses of funnel progression (lead → MQL → SQL → opportunity → closed-won). Identify points of leakage or acceleration within the funnel and deliver recommendations to improve conversion efficiency. Partner with demand generation and sales leadership to align funnel metrics with business objectives.

Advanced Reporting & Dashboards Build, customize, and maintain advanced dashboards and reports in Salesforce to track campaign, pipeline, and revenue performance. Ensure dashboards are actionable, executive-ready, and tailored to the needs of cross-functional stakeholders. Translate reporting into clear insights that influence marketing and sales decision‑making.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration Partner closely with Demand Generation and Sales Ops leadership to strengthen reporting alignment across marketing and sales. Collaborate with marketing functional leaders (digital, content, product marketing) to identify the most valuable metrics and data points for their areas. Deliver insights that guide campaign optimization, budget allocation, and long‑term strategy.

Data Governance & Process Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of marketing data across Salesforce, Marketo, and other analytics platforms. Define and maintain measurement frameworks and data governance standards. Collaborate with SalesOps and Marketing Operations to align on lead, opportunity, and campaign data hygiene.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field. 5–7 years of experience in Marketing Analytics, Operations, or Business Intelligence. Proven ability to operate as a self‑starter — independently assessing needs, designing solutions, and implementing scalable frameworks. Track record of coming into an organization, building reporting processes from the ground up, and influencing leadership through data. Advanced hands‑on expertise with Marketo Measure (Bizible) for attribution and ROI analysis. Proven ability to design and build custom reports and advanced dashboards in Salesforce to track campaign, pipeline, and revenue performance. Strong proficiency in analyzing funnel performance and uncovering insights that drive conversion optimization. Demonstrated ability to act as a data storyteller — presenting insights, not just numbers, to executives and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills Experience with BI/analytics platforms, 6sense or advanced Excel for custom analysis. Background in B2B SaaS or professional services industries.
