Presentation Designer - Investment Banking (Hybrid)
RR Donnelley (RRD) is adding Presentation Designers to their New York City team! The role is hybrid, working 3 days in office and 2 days remote.

Key Responsibilities
Produce high‑quality pitch books, presentations, and client memoranda using PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite.
Import and revise graphic files as necessary.
Create and edit multi‑page/multi‑section documents using templates and style sheets for pitchbooks, graphs, charts, presentations, and other print/design projects.
Maintain attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy, quality, and aesthetic appeal.
Collaborate with team members on complex or special projects.
Track all jobs and production data via the proprietary RRD Tracking tool.
Coordinate workflow within the team, prioritizing jobs and delegating duties to associates.
Ensure jobs are completed efficiently, accurately, and within deadlines.
Assess incoming requests, selecting the best resources for successful completion.
Handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information.
Train new employees on policies and procedures.
Communicate with manager and client on job or deadline issues.
Assist with monthly metrics and reporting.
May work with motion graphics and multimedia projects.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum 4 years of professional presentation or graphic design experience.
Excellent design sense and awareness of current design trends.
Ability to translate complex data into visually compelling graphics.
Understanding of brand standards and ability to work within established guidelines.
Adaptability and willingness to pitch in where needed.
Independent decision‑making and problem‑solving skills.
Team‑oriented work in a fast‑paced environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional customer‑service skills.
Deadline management including wait‑time and turnaround‑time (TAT) management.
Technical support for presentation queries.
High proficiency with PowerPoint.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Knowledge of After Effects is a huge plus.
Experience charting in Excel.
Video editing and/or sound editing skills are a plus.
Knowledge of print design is a plus.
Financial industry experience is a plus.
Additional Information The salary range for this role is $30.67–$46.63 per hour, with compensation structured in hourly rates, overtime, shift differentials, and other applicable benefits.
