Sales and Marketing Trainee

Golden Gate Generations is seeking motivated, entry‑level candidates to join our expanding sales and marketing team in and near the San Francisco area. We are a third‑party marketing company hired by national clients to represent their brand and assist customers in a retail‑based setting. This is a face‑to‑face, in‑store position (not remote or call center) and includes hands‑on, paid training. No experience is required—just a strong work ethic, a student mentality, and a team‑driven attitude. This is an entry‑level position and is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in sales, customer service, marketing, or management. Candidates with backgrounds in sports, hospitality, or team‑based environments tend to excel in this role—though no specific background is required. Responsibilities

Represent clients professionally inside local retail stores Assist new customers with product education, selection, and enrollment Work in a team to meet sales goals Learn sales, marketing, and customer acquisition techniques Receive ongoing training in leadership and management What We Offer
