Role Summary and Purpose:
Reporting to the VP, Social & Content Strategy, this organic social media marketing role will facilitate an “Always‑on” day‑to‑day execution of content publishing, channel management and social content project management for the CareCredit social media accounts. This role will have a meaningful impact on the public‑facing perception of our brand, driving B2C and B2B audience awareness, consideration and engagement through thoughtful and relevant social media activity.
Essential Responsibilities
Day‑to‑day “Always‑on” social content management, including project and status management of all social content creation, managing content reviews and approvals of relevant social copy and creative assets (graphics, videos, links, etc.), while maintaining the brand social voice and tone.
Gathering final social assets and targeting criteria from relevant teams, targeting campaign social strategy and social calendar placeholders.
Scheduling social post content within Sprinklr social media management platform and occasionally through native social platforms.
Quality assurance of all published posts in real time with immediate correction of any mistakes or errors that may occur during the Sprinklr to social channel publishing journey.
Managing internal social campaigns as well as relevant external team campaign requests.
Monitoring social post comments, channel DMs and responding to consumer feedback on behalf of the brand on owned social media accounts, maintaining and gate‑keeping the brand voice and tone.
Social channel and review site social listening around user‑generated commentary on the CareCredit brand.
Partnering with internal teams including consumer and provider marketing, PR, analytics, compliance and legal to maximize the power of social media within a highly regulated industry.
Leading various project‑optimizations such as SOP and process improvements, calendar development, analytics processes and relevant strategy or tactical suggestions to drive brand awareness, engagement and acquisition.
Regular monitoring of CareCredit social competitors, staying aware of market or economic shifts and trends to identify potential social challenges and opportunities.
Liaising with appropriate internal teams to stay updated on new product features, seasonal messaging and marketing messaging to ensure brand consistency and accuracy.
Working with the VP, Social & Content Strategy for guidance and direction on holistic CareCredit brand social strategy and brand safe content approaches.
Performing other duties and/or special projects as assigned, including coverage for team members when OOO.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
Experience across all major consumer social platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit and TikTok.
Adobe Workfront and Sprinklr experience are a plus.
Experience in B2B social media marketing practices.
Experience responding to consumers on behalf of corporate social media accounts.
Experience creating content programs and publishing calendars.
Experience or awareness of paid social media with ad management and audience development.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to grasp complex brand topics and messaging priorities and translate those into clear copy that represents the brand voice in a social‑forward, meaningful and cohesive way across channels and audiences.
Process‑driven and able to work independently.
Qualifications / Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or high school diploma plus 8 years of marketing experience identified below.
Minimum 4+ years of B2C social media marketing experience (B2B a plus).
Minimum of 4 years of project management with data‑driven strategic thinking.
Minimum of 2 years working in a matrixed team or organization.
Desired Characteristics
Clear, concise communicator – verbal and written.
Adobe Workfront and Sprinklr experience are a plus.
Experience in B2B social media marketing practices.
Experience responding to consumers on behalf of corporate social media accounts.
Experience creating content programs and publishing calendars.
Experience or awareness of paid social media with ad management and audience development.

Salary Salary range: $75,000 – $130,000 USD per year with annual bonus potential based on individual and company performance. Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level or knowledge. Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and Seattle.
Eligibility Requirements
You must be 18 years or older.
You must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process.
You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
New hires (Level 4‑7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months’ time in position before they can post for future non‑exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 18 months’ time in position before they can post. All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don’t meet the time in position or performance expectations).
