Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Job Description:
Coordinate and traffic advertisements across digital and print platforms.
Provide daily administrative and sales support to account executives.
Collaborate with the creative team to ensure accurate and timely ad execution.
Maintain organized records, spreadsheets, and client documentation.
Assist in prospecting, follow-ups, and client communications to support sales growth.
Deliver professional and enthusiastic customer service to clients and team members.
Learn and support the sales process and digital media operations.
Position Requirements:
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other basic office tools.
Excellent written and interpersonal communication abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Motivated, forward-thinking, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
