Senior UX Designer – Senior Associate PwC is looking for an experienced Senior UX Designer to join our User Experience Design team in Fairfax, VA. This role focuses on designing AI‑powered, data‑driven products that deliver seamless end‑to‑end user experiences.

Responsibilities

Mentor junior designers to elevate their capabilities and design standards.

Maintain seamless user experiences through thoughtful, accessible design across AI‑powered products.

Analyze user feedback to inform design improvements and refine product offerings.

Drive innovation in user experience through creative problem‑solving and design thinking.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field.

At least 3 years of UX/UI or product design experience, ideally within technology‑driven or AI‑enabled environments.

Proficiency with design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

Experience in user research, usability testing, and data‑driven design decisions.

Knowledgeable in design thinking, agile delivery methods, and AI‑assisted design tools.

Excellent communication and presentation skills to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Up‑to‑date portfolio of user‑centric, accessible interfaces and design artifacts.

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s Degree in Computer Science or Human‑Computer Interaction.

Familiarity with data visualization and AI‑assisted design tools.

Experience mentoring junior designers and leading design projects.

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 – $202,000, plus individual may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
