Kerae Medical is a growing healthcare company dedicated to providing high-quality durable medical equipment (DME) that enhances comfort, mobility, and quality of life.
Position Overview We are looking for a Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers with purchases and provide exceptional service in a retail environment.
Available Hours
Monday – Friday: 11:30 am - 7:00 pm.
Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 am - 6:00 pm.
Job Duties
Greeting customers, offering assistance, answering questions, and handling complaints.
Assisting customers with product selection, recommending items, and processing purchases.
Operating cash registers, processing payments, and handling returns.
Assisting with store opening/closing procedures, cleaning, and organizing the sales floor.
Required Skills/Abilities
Experience in the medical equipment field.
Friendly, approachable, and able to handle customer inquiries and concerns effectively.
Able to clearly communicate product information and assist customers with their needs.
Knowledgeable about products, able to make recommendations, and proficient in closing sales.
Inventory management.
Physical strength and ability to lift up to 50 pounds, as needed.
