Primary Purpose
A unique opportunity to lead, develop, and implement all aspects of email marketing for BGE, including energy efficiency, customer operations, and brand programs. You will partner with marketing teams and internal departments to innovate and deliver marketing automation strategies that engage customers across residential, business, and public‑sector segments. The role includes collaborating with and overseeing external email vendors, ensuring all email marketing aligns with brand standards.
Primary Duties
Develop, manage, and execute multiple email marketing plans supporting company programs.
Plan tactics and oversee email marketing vendors to support plan execution.
Manage program email marketing budgets, including development, invoicing, accruals, and forecasting.
Leverage best practices and market research to achieve plan objectives.
Job Scope
Work across multiple departments, executives, and external stakeholders to manage diverse marketing plans.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
4–7 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Strong leadership and project management skills.
Alternatively, 6–9 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience leading B2B and B2C email marketing programs, including content creation, campaign automation, testing, segmentation, and CRM use.
Marketing automation expertise and ability to navigate large organizations.
Experience with marketing stack applications (Oracle Marketing Cloud, Monday.com, CRM, etc.).
Partnering with internal and external teams for system integrations.
Vendor management, project management, and quality assurance for email marketing.
Working knowledge of HTML.
Direct experience with digital marketing campaigns.
Attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
Benefits
Annual salary: $82,400 – $113,300 per year, depending on skills, qualifications, and experience.
Annual bonus eligibility: 15 %
