Associate Producer
supporting the
Content Design Resources Team . You’ll help create internal and public-facing design guidance that brings their Services to life. This role acts as the central hub for timelines, deliverables, and alignment across multiple creative and technical teams.
What You’ll Do:
Work closely with the Senior Frameworks Manager to provide technical consultation, design resources, and onboarding support to cross-functional teams.
Facilitate communication and collaboration between different teams, ensuring alignment and efficient problem-solving.
Plan and track project milestones and manage deadlines for design resource changes and requirements throughout projects, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Identify and document the specific needs of various teams to ensure onboarding materials are comprehensive, effective, and easily accessible.
Create and maintain clear, concise, and up-to-date documentation related to framework processes, onboarding guidelines, and launch support materials.
Identify opportunities to improve existing framework processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Manage the organization, storage, and accessibility of digital assets, ensuring proper version control.
Maintain up-to-date trackers and timelines and communicate targets efficiently.
Who You Are:
3+ years of experience in project coordination, creative operations, or production management.
Deep understanding of the product development process — experienced working with UI, Content Designers, and Engineers.
Organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in maintaining timelines, trackers, and version control.
Strong communicator and collaborator; thrive in fast-paced environments with many moving parts.
Familiar with project and asset management tools, Sketch, and Figma.
Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and deadlines in a creative-first culture.
Bonus Points If You:
Have worked on a product or digital platform launch.
Understand the nuances of working with film studios, music labels, or branded content.
