About The Opportunity This role is responsible for developing strategic product marketing plans for our Corporate Brand/s working closely with senior stakeholders across regional teams, product, brand marketing, PR/Communications, customer success, account management, operations and sales teams. You will craft product/solution market-facing messaging and positioning to drive new customer sales, product adoption and customer retention.
You will guide insight-led product strategy, communicate market positioning, product messaging and competitive differentiation to target audiences, and manage the product launch process including GTM planning. You will also drive demand and usage of solutions and ensure the voice of the customer is used throughout the product lifecycle.
By creating and leveraging market research, competitor analysis and customer engagement, you will become the expert in understanding client personas, their needs and buying criteria, guiding product roadmap formulation.
You will collaborate with Brand Marketing & Communications, Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Product Managers, Subject Matter Owners, Implementation & Operations, external partners and clients to launch new products and feature releases.
You will lead assigned product marketers within the brand portfolio, ensuring annual plans and performance align with Brand Business OKRs and drive efficient ways of working and team capability.
Key Responsibilities
Positioning & Messaging: Identify and develop product positioning and messaging that uniquely differentiates our solutions.
Sales and Marketing Tools: Create collateral, whitepapers, presentations, videos and training materials to communicate value propositions.
Product Launches & High-Value Releases: Plan and execute market launch of new products and releases, managing cross‑functional GTM implementation.
Communications: Coordinate communication with internal teams and partners to broadcast our message across the market and partner community.
Market Intelligence: Be the expert on clients, buyer personas, buying criteria and competition to drive success.
Demand Generation: Support brand marketing strategy and programs that generate interest for our solutions across all market segments.
Industry Leadership: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, trade shows and webinars when appropriate.
Experience & Qualifications
7+ years experience in mid‑senior product marketing or FCTG product/technology, preferably within an innovative technology organization or SaaS background.
Strong understanding of the FCTG business model, products and technology areas is highly valued.
Experience in product lifecycle/customer lifecycle management and new product development methodologies.
Proven ability in customer lifecycle marketing through digital touchpoints and marketing automation.
Experience in new product development, adoption and growth strategies.
Experience preparing pitches for industry analysts.
Ability to work with senior stakeholders in a sales/value‑driven environment.
Proficient in analytics and insights – tracking, analysis through customer research methodologies, and using data to identify opportunities.
Strong project management skills – manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
Strong stakeholder management – influence and negotiate with senior stakeholders to achieve favorable outcomes.
