Marriott Vacations Worldwide is hiring an In House Vacation Sales Coordinator (Marketing) based in NYC. This in‑person role offers a competitive base wage of $16.50 per hour, along with production pay that can bring total annual earnings between $26,472 and $171,048.
$2,000 Sign On Bonus*
– $1,000 after 45 days and $1,000 after six months, provided the applicant has at least one year of experience in the timeshare industry.

Typical day:
Schedule sales presentations and manage customer expectations.
Provide the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals.
Ensure all owners and guests attending a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements.
Use persuasive techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty.
Guest experience and company standards:
Welcome and greet guests; anticipate and address their needs.
Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
Contribute to team goals.
Always follow company policies and safety procedures.
Qualifications:
Highly motivated with sales or customer service experience, enjoying interactions with guests in person or by phone.
Available to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends.
Concierge and/or sales experience preferred.
Background and drug screening may be required in accordance with state and local requirements.
Physical ability to reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, stooping, stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
