Job Responsibilities
Collaborate with product managers to assess and translate functional needs into user-friendly interfaces
Assist the UI/UX Design Lead in creating innovative workflows and screen patterns for software products
Evaluate delivered software for adherence to established design conventions and quality assurance
Collect and analyze User Experience data from various sources to inform design decisions
Create graphical elements for software applications as needed
Qualifications
Strong visual communication skills and ability to adhere to product guidelines
Proficiency in design software including Figma and Adobe CC
Familiarity with task management software such as Jira
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to communicate design-based reasoning effectively
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working within a non-profit or arts-related environment
Knowledge of user experience research methodologies
Previous experience in a UI/UX design role or internship
Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills and problem-solving capabilities
Understanding of accessibility standards in design
