We are looking to hire an experienced Marketing Events Coordinator to manage our shows and events and lead our team of Brand Ambassadors.

Job Description

Research and identify events and shows within our assigned territory.

Negotiate contracts with event vendors.

Book an annual calendar of events and shows.

Recruit, hire, and train event demonstrators.

Schedule demonstrators to work events.

Coordinate booth and display set‑up and tear‑down.

Set appointments for free in‑home consultations at events and shows.

Collect contest entries.

Follow up on contest entries and schedule them for free in‑home consultations.

Measure and report results.

Qualifications

Strong communication skills.

Positive, outgoing personality.

Strong planning and organizational skills.

Ability to coach, train, and motivate others.

Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Ability to lift 30 pounds.

Must be available to work weekends.
