What you’ll be doing

Workpurposelywith internal stakeholders to translate business opportunities into strategic creative projects with measurable results, earning trust through ongoing communication.

Bringcuriosityto your collaborationswith content creators and writers,identifyingthe most important stories and conceptstoexpressvisually.Share early and iterate quickly.

Lead the design phase of brand projects, from simple requests to complex campaigns,including web, email, presentations, eventpromotion, and more.

Champion the HealthEquity visual brand in your work and interactions.Use and push existing guidelines to develop memorableandconsistent designsacrosscampaigns.

Prioritize user experience in every design. Make sure visuals are not only appealing but also accessible and effective in achieving the intended goal.

Integrate AI thoughtfully into your workflow, kickstarting ideation and adding efficiency to tasks like image editing, ad creation, andlayout design. Share your wins and learnings with other creatives, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.

Embrace new technology while ensuring the HealthEquity brandmaintainsits authentic,humanstyle.

Work with the Creative Director to refine and implement an effective, company-wide branding architecture, ensuring our brand vision is realized across all channels.

Proactively setexpectationswithexternaldesign and videoagencies who supplement our creative efforts,providing conscientious oversight and helpfulfeedback to ensure consistent quality.

Coordinate the production of print collateral and swag, troubleshooting production issues, and working with outside vendors to ensure high-quality results.

What you will need to be successful

Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a closely related field preferred

At least 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a proventrack recordin corporate identity and branding.

A portfolio thatdemonstrateshigh-quality visual design, strategic thinking, and creative problem-solving across diverse media.

Highproficiencyin Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Firefly).

High proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially PowerPoint.

Figma experience preferred

Familiarity with AI tools and a desire to innovate, sharing your learnings to help others grow.

Demonstrated ability to lead design projects, influence stakeholders, and work independently.

Strong understanding of branding, visual identity creation, and strategic design principles, always owning every outcome and learning from results.

Experience collaborating with print vendors, managing production schedules, and ensuring reliability and excellence in everydeliverable.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with purpose—connecting with team members, vendors, and senior leadership to achieve shared goals.

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a demanding environment, staying focused and resilient during periods of increased activity.

Salary Range$75500.00 To $100000.00 / year
