Position Overview The
Corporate Communications & Marketing Lead
serves as the strategic leader responsible for shaping, elevating, and protecting the company’s global brand and reputation. This role oversees all aspects of corporate communications, brand strategy, marketing, and stakeholder engagement to strengthen the company’s position as a trusted leader in logistics and supply chain solutions.
As a key member of the senior leadership team, the Team Leader will develop and execute integrated strategies that enhance corporate visibility, support commercial growth, and reinforce the company’s culture and values. The ideal candidate is a visionary communicator with extensive experience in corporate branding, reputation management, and business-to-business (B2B) marketing within a global, operationally complex environment.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership
Develop and lead the global corporate communications and marketing strategy in alignment with company vision and business goals.
Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team on all matters related to brand positioning, corporate image, and stakeholder communications.
Drive alignment of all communications and marketing initiatives across regions and business units.
Represent the function in executive leadership discussions and strategic planning processes.
Corporate Communications & Reputation Management
Oversee the development and execution of global communications programs—including media relations, executive communications, crisis management, and thought leadership.
Lead corporate storytelling to articulate the company’s value proposition, strategy, and social impact to investors, partners, customers, and employees.
Establish a proactive reputation management framework to monitor and mitigate risk across traditional and digital channels.
Serve as company spokesperson and manage relationships with media, industry associations, and key external stakeholders.
Marketing & Brand Strategy
Define and evolve the corporate brand identity to ensure a unified and differentiated global presence.
Oversee the development of integrated marketing campaigns supporting business growth, customer engagement, and employer branding.
Lead digital and content marketing strategies to expand reach and engagement with target audiences.
Partner with commercial and operations teams to support business development initiatives and product positioning.
Team Leadership & Organizational Development
Build and lead a high‑performing global communications and marketing organization, fostering creativity, accountability, and professional growth.
Manage budgets, resources, and external agency relationships to ensure operational excellence and efficiency.
Champion collaboration, inclusion, and transparency across teams and geographies.
Qualifications Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in corporate communications, branding, and marketing, with experience in a senior leadership role.
Proven track record in B2B and logistics, transportation, or industrial sectors strongly preferred.
Demonstrated success in leading global teams and managing complex, cross‑functional initiatives.
Exceptional leadership and influencing skills with the ability to engage across all levels of the organization.
Strategic mindset with hands‑on execution capability.
Strong financial and analytical acumen to evaluate performance and ROI of marketing initiatives.
Outstanding communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities.
Experience in managing global reputation, digital transformation, and sustainability communications.
