Role We are looking for a

Marketing Programs Manager / Campaign Manager

responsible for execution, management, optimization and performance of global marketing campaigns across our clients organization. This role will bring together all marketing stakeholders to build and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy that engages our audience through all phases of the customer journey. In this role, you will collaborate cross-functionally with various teams within the wider business, develop new campaign creatives, and identify learnings to inform campaign optimizations and new campaign ideas.

You We are looking for someone with extensive B2B campaign marketing experience who will:

Create and execute new marketing campaigns across channels

Have a thorough understanding of digital marketing

Develop and launch new campaigns to help customers see value from the product

Rigorously test and continually optimize current campaigns and channels

Collaborate cross-functionally to develop messaging and creative

Monitor and report on campaign progress weekly/monthly/quarterly, and proactively identify opportunities for growth / testing

Work to have a deep understanding of audiences, product suite and how to increase engagement and a feeling of satisfaction with the value the product delivers for our customers

Create new campaigns with unique audience segmentation

The ideal candidate has

Have firm ideas of what constitutes good campaigns that will help customers - and how to test out new ideas

A self-starter with 5+ years of campaign management experience with B2B audiences at a high growth / high tech company

Experience building strategy and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels

Proven ability to drive customer engagement and retention (nurture and retention)

Proven experience with audience segmentation and creating end to end customer journeys based on audience segmentation

Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and flag issues when you need help

Extremely strong collaboration skills with deep experience working across other Marketing teams (product marketing, content marketing, digital marketing); experience partnering with Customer Success a plus but not required

A keen eye for design and copy

Strong analytical skills with a passion for testing and measuring results

Operational experience working in a large global organization

Be adept at communication and creative development across all channels

Think out of the box - you’re a creative problem solver

Understanding of budgets and work closely to maximize spend

Be a "People Person"

Client focused and seek delivery excellence

Experience with Wrike project tracking software a plus

Understanding of Sales Navigator a plus but not required
