Overview
Blue Bridge Management is a local property management and real estate investment firm based in Greenville, SC. We manage a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties while delivering exceptional client service.
The Sales Support and Marketing Specialist plays a key role in supporting our property management and real estate sales operations. This is an in-office position Monday–Friday from 9 am – 4 pm. We are located at 11 Whitsett St, Greenville, SC 29601.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Property Manager in Charge with contract preparation and document tracking to ensure all required documents are completed on time.
Schedule inspections, showings, and vendor appointments as needed.
Assist with tenant communications, including scheduling, lease agreements, inspections, and maintenance requests.
Assist with homeowner communication including approval of maintenance requests, bills/accounting, and financial statements.
Support onboarding of new properties and listings, ensuring accurate property description and marketing photos are uploaded to company databases.
Conduct onboarding calls with new owners and assist with new property set up.
Coordinate signage, keys, lockboxes, and access logistics for managed properties.
Maintain accurate records of tenants, owners, and properties in the company database.
Be the first point of contact for phone calls and direct calls as needed to team members.
Marketing & Brand Support
Create and schedule social media content to highlight available properties, community engagement, and company updates.
Update and create property listings across digital platforms with accurate descriptions, photography, and branding.
Attend local networking events as needed to promote company visibility.
Assist with newsletter and email campaigns to homeowners.
Qualifications
Licensed Real Estate Agent or Property Manager preferred.
Familiarity with Appfolio and MLS preferred.
Proficiency in Adobe or Canva (or similar creative design platform).
Team‑player who is able to communicate and collaborate with a small team.
Works well in a fast‑paced environment and prioritizes workload.
Self‑starter with ability to solve problems independently.
Able to focus in an open office environment.
Data entry and administrative work required.
Good communication skills.
Attend events in evenings or weekends as needed.
Must work in office Monday through Friday, 9 am – 4 pm.
