Robin Hood Diamonds is redefining luxury with timeless, handcrafted diamond jewelry made in New York City. We’re looking for a dynamic, creative, and on‑camera Social Media Manager to work with our marketing/creative department to lead our online presence across all major platforms and bring our brand story to life.
About the Role
As our Social Media Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing our social strategy to grow brand awareness, engagement, and sales. You’ll create thumb‑stopping content, collaborate with our design and marketing teams, and represent the Robin Hood Diamonds lifestyle — both behind and in front of the camera.
What You’ll Do
Help to develop and execute a content strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube
Plan and produce photo/video shoots showcasing our collections and NYC craftsmanship
Be comfortable appearing on camera for lifestyle content, product demos, and storytelling videos
Manage a content calendar aligned with product launches, campaigns, and promotions
Write compelling copy that aligns with our brand voice — elegant, authentic, and aspirational
Analyze performance metrics and optimize strategy based on insights
Collaborate with internal creative, photography, and marketing team
Engage with our online community — respond to comments, DMs, and inquiries
Skills & Technical Proficiency
Expertise in social platforms: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn
Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Lightroom)
Experience using Shopify (preferred)
Strong understanding of SEO for social content and trending audio/visual formats
Video editing and short‑form content creation (Reels, TikToks, Shorts)
Who You Are
Creative storyteller with a sharp eye for aesthetics and trends
Confident on camera and comfortable representing a luxury brand
Passionate about jewelry, fashion, and lifestyle content
Organized and proactive — thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment
1–3 years of experience in social media management or content creation (jewelry/fashion preferred)
This position is expected to pay $19 hourly at the minimum, with adjustments for experience/skill! We work Monday‑Friday 9 am to 6 pm in our office in the diamond district.
