Position Senior Producer
Overview As a Producer, you will ultimately be responsible for making remarkable work happen. You will manage fully integrated campaigns from brief inception to final delivery, up to a value of $1M+. You will love solving problems, be commercially savvy and lead successful collaboration between cross‑department teams to execute award‑winning creative on time and budget. Your excellent understanding of best‑practice and methodology in creative and digital marketing will help you champion the most effective ways of working and ensure quality of work is never compromised.
Key Responsibilities
Scoping and estimation with project teams, ensuring all requirements are considered, risks mitigated and documentation (SoW, Budget, Project Plan) is outstanding.
Managing a collaborative project team to deliver excellent quality work.
Applying industry craft and best practice across integrated productions and delivery workflows (creative development, strategic toolkits + data analytics, content production and digital assets).
Adapting continuously to learn, problem‑solve and flex as AF develops new ways of working.
Assessing new briefs with the Project Director to validate commercial viability and suggest delivery methodology.
Leading and managing the operational infrastructure for your portfolio, controlling finances, managing change requests, and developing status, risk and resourcing templates.
Being a trusted partner to clients and maintaining excellent client satisfaction rates.
Driving successful team collaboration across multiple specialist disciplines.
Managing communication tools and mediating conflicts to ensure productive morale and clear direction.
Building and managing relationships with a broad network of suppliers and production partners.
Overseeing junior team members, providing support, mentoring, setting goals and measuring progress.
Demonstrating leadership and entrepreneurial approach to develop new client opportunities and exhibiting independence in decision‑making.
Working with the wider delivery team to evolve and challenge our creative process, ensuring optimisation for progressive delivery partnerships.
Key Requirements
Examples of end‑to‑end campaign delivery and full 360/ integrated production experience.
4+ years experience in a top global digital or communications agency in production or project management.
Track record of problem‑solving and a can‑do attitude; delivered award‑winning marketing for clients.
Highly motivated, collaborative and entrepreneurial.
Plenty of experience in managing production partners and suppliers.
Strong ethos to deliver innovative, client‑centric solutions.
Highly articulate verbal and written communication and excellent presentation skills.
Authority, good negotiation and influencing skills.
Understanding of processes, workflows, tools and methodologies.
Experience managing projects above €500k+; multidisciplinary teams (Strategy, Creative, Editorial and Design).
Willingness to learn about digital products and services; becoming a multi‑facetted production all‑star.
Passion for cutting‑edge creative and innovation.
