As a Creative Strategy Consultant, you’ll support our Creative Strategy team in building and scaling high‑performing ads for top DTC brands across wellness, beauty, pet care, apparel, and CPG. Your focus will be on execution, briefing, and strategic support, ensuring creators, editors, and designers have everything they need to produce winning UGC and whitelisted ads for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and beyond.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of paid social creative, DTC growth marketing, and UGC best practices who thrives in a fast‑paced, detail‑oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Fill out creative briefs with hooks, shot lists, testimonial content, and more based on campaign specifications.

Write production briefs for video editing teams to create a variety of testimonial, short‑form, and trendy video ads.

Provide ad text overlay, choose templates, and guide visual direction of static ad production.

Build and edit ads where needed; comfortable using tools like Canva and CapCut for quick turnaround.

Collaborate cross‑functionally with Creative Strategy, Brand Success, and Design teams to ensure campaigns launch on time and to spec.

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

1‑2+ years experience in creative strategy across visual advertising (video and photo) in the DTC/e‑commerce space.

Portfolio of work in the performance UGC/direct response marketing field.

Experience with video content: storyboarding, call‑to‑actions, hooks.

Experience with image editing software (e.g., Figma, Canva).

Experience with video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere) is strongly preferred.

Experience working in a task‑management platform (e.g., Asana, Monday) is strongly preferred.

Current with platform trends, competitive creative, and emerging UGC/whitelisting formats.

Qualities for Success

Strong visual eye : experience working with marketing/advertising materials; able to choose a winning ad in a lineup with strong conviction.

Project‑management : organized, proactive, disciplined, detail‑oriented, and relentless in getting things done with the ability to manage multiple projects/deadlines simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.

Impeccable communication : you can distill and convey information in a compelling manner and have exceptional visual and written skills with a strong attention to detail.

Highly collaborative : ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders with a positive attitude and enthusiastic mindset.
