You will serve as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring that their inquiries are handled promptly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Manage incoming communications from clients via phone, email, and chat.
Provide accurate information regarding products and services to clients.
Record and maintain detailed notes on client interactions and inquiries.
Assist clients in resolving issues or directing them to the appropriate department.
Follow up with clients to ensure their queries are resolved satisfactorily.
Collaborate with team members to improve communication strategies.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including MS Office.
Excellent listening skills and a friendly demeanor.
Basic understanding of customer service principles and practices.
