The Opportunity We’re seeking a Product Marketing Manager to drive international growth, mobile retention, and cross‑platform engagement. You’ll help Superhuman expand beyond its core base, deepen adoption among globally, and strengthen the user experience across devices.

In This Role, You Will

Drive international growth by identifying key markets, shaping go‑to‑market strategies, and adapting messaging to new geographies.

Accelerate mobile adoption and retention by partnering with product, lifecycle, and design teams to increase activation, engagement, and retention across the mobile app.

Boost cross‑platform usage by developing campaigns and product moments that encourage seamless use across mobile and desktop.

Champion the international user by serving as the voice of the global customer, helping teams understand and respond to unique needs.

Shape positioning and messaging to translate insights into differentiated narratives resonant globally and reinforcing the brand.

Collaborate across Product, Growth, Data Science, and User Research to inform roadmap priorities, align launch narratives, and drive adoption through insight‑led campaigns.

What You’ll Bring

4–7 years of experience in product marketing, ideally at a SaaS or productivity company.

Deep understanding of mobile user behavior and growth strategies.

Comfort with experimentation and interpreting quantitative and qualitative data.

Strong storytelling and positioning skills, with the ability to tailor narratives for diverse, international audiences.

Curiosity, empathy, and a bias toward action; thrives in a fast‑moving environment.

Bonus Points

Experience with cross‑platform productivity tools or ecosystems (mobile + desktop).

Experience with SaaS products with global reach.

Familiarity with category creation or brand evolution work.

Experience marketing to professional users (founders, executives, operators).

Multilingual or experience collaborating with international teams.

Superhuman offers all team members competitive pay along with a benefits package encompassing the following and more:

Competitive base pay based on location, with an upper range for US: $170,000 – $205,000 per year .
