Join BD (Tissuemed Ltd) as a Sr. Global Marketing Manager, Integrated Microbiology Solutions (IMS) with BD Diagnostic Solutions. Your role will define and deliver the marketing strategy and tactical deliverables to enable global execution of the Integrated Microbiology Solution focused on informatics. Key Responsibilities

Support the global strategy evolution and execution of IMS by deploying best‑in‑class marketing practices for the informatics ecosystem strategy, segmentation, targeting, positioning, and messaging. Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies, while deploying customer engagement models such as KPI‑driven frameworks, value‑based adoption programs, and lifecycle marketing approaches to drive sustained growth and customer success. Lead, develop and implement global marketing tools and initiatives to ensure regions are equipped for success and best positioned to drive adoption, acquire and retain customers with IMS. Support the development of a global marketing/launch plan for IMS to ensure alignment across the microbiology portfolio and portfolio strategy. Utilize insights gained from market intelligence to inform marketing and business development strategies, as applicable. Collaborate across global platforms to ensure alignment of the informatics strategy and effectively execute the IMS vision, strategy and plan. Effectively partner and collaborate with regional marketing leaders, upstream marketing, R&D, Clinical and Scientific Affairs, Business Development and other functions to ensure appropriate inputs into strategy and investment needs. Champion brand strategy within the organization. Ensure compliance with BD policies, procedures, and practice. Travel approximately 15%‑20% of the time with potential global travel. Requirements

Minimum of 5 years in product and/or marketing management with a proven track record in market opportunity identification, segmentation, competitive analysis, pricing strategy, and go‑to‑market models. Experience in Microbiology and/or Infectious Diseases ideal, plus general knowledge of diagnostics/life sciences markets. Ability to translate scientific, clinical and technical information into marketing and customer benefits. Demonstrated experience in solution selling and consultative selling with value‑based conversations. Strong oral and written communication, organizational, prioritization and planning skills, analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Results‑oriented, multi‑tasking capability across functions and regions. Global experience preferred. Education

Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Life Sciences. MBA desired. Why Join Us?
