The role We're looking for a

Staff Product Designer

who obsesses over craft and can navigate the intersection of sophisticated financial systems and delightful user experiences. You'll own end‑to‑end design for critical product areas, raise the quality bar across the organization, and help define what exceptional B2B design looks like.

What you'll do

Own the craft : Lead end‑to‑end design for high‑impact product areas, from initial concepts to pixel‑perfect execution.

Shape the vision : Define how equity management should work in an AI‑native world, creating new interaction paradigms that make complexity feel simple.

Ship with velocity : Move fast without sacrificing quality, obsess over the last 1%.

Turn compliance into delight : Transform complex, regulation‑heavy workflows into intuitive experiences that users actually enjoy.

Drive research : Plan, conduct UX research, synthesize insights, and let user needs guide bold design decisions.

Prototype to persuade : Build interactive prototypes that bring ideas to life—from Figma to code—making the abstract tangible.

Elevate the system : Extend our design system with sophisticated patterns that scale across our growing product suite.

Raise the bar : Mentor designers, advocate for quality in every pixel, and help build a design culture that attracts world‑class talent.

Influence strategy : Partner with leadership to shape product roadmap, using design as a tool to explore what's possible.

What you bring

8+ years

shipping exceptional product design in complex B2B or fintech environments.

You have taste : You know what great design feels like and won't settle for less.

Demonstrated craft excellence : A portfolio showing polished, shipped work with measurable business impact.

Builder mentality : You've taken products from 0→1 and scaled mature products with equal enthusiasm.

Systems thinking : Experience creating and scaling design systems that handle enterprise complexity.

Prototype fluency : Ability to communicate ideas through Figma, interactive prototypes, and code.

Research rigor : You led user research from planning through synthesis, turning insights into action.

AI‑native workflow : You actively use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Figma Make) to amplify impact.

Operates with agency : You identify opportunities and drive them forward without waiting to be told.

Storytelling prowess : You articulate design decisions with clarity and conviction to any audience.

Nice to haves

Designed AI‑powered experiences (human‑in‑the‑loop workflows, prompt patterns, guardrails).
