Role Description The Vice President for Enrollment and Marketing will lead and oversee key strategies in enrollment management, marketing, and communication to align with the university’s mission. The individual will be responsible for developing and executing enrollment plans, managing student recruitment, and driving marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and institutional reputation. Key responsibilities include analyzing data to improve enrollment outcomes, supervising staff, and fostering partnerships that contribute to the university’s strategic goals.
Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise in Enrollment Management, Strategic Student Recruitment, Admissions, and Retention Planning
Proficiency in Marketing, Branding, Communication Strategy, and Public Relations
Strong skills in Data Analysis, Metrics‑Driven Decision‑Making, and Use of Enrollment Technologies
Leadership, Team Management, and Interdepartmental Collaboration abilities
Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills
Commitment to the values and mission of a Spirit‑empowered, faith‑based institution
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in a related field strongly preferred
Experience in higher education enrollment and marketing highly desirable
