Job Description
The hiring manager is looking forward to onboard UI Architect with great knowledge of strategy and standards to ensure consistent, reusable UI components and platforms.
This individual will be creating UI platform that can be used in multiple projects across different teams in the organization and will be working with App Framework Team and Internal Customers.
Expertise in micro-frontend architecture and implementation techniques.
Solid experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools, including AWS Amplify or equivalent, any cloud is fine.
React or Vue expert, since there will be coding round as well.
10+ years of experience required.
6 months contract with possibility of extension.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the definition and implementation of TFS UI strategy and standards to ensure consistent, reusable UI components and platforms.
Develop and evolve UI platforms serving internal users and external customers, delivering seamless and engaging experiences.
Architect and drive micro-frontend strategies to enable modular, scalable, and maintainable UI development across platforms.
Define and execute Salesforce UI strategies that enable reusable Lightning Web Components (LWCs) and UI assets to be leveraged both inside Salesforce and externally on websites and mobile apps.
Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to integrate UI components with backend services and APIs.
Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines for UI deployments, leveraging tools such as AWS Amplify and other automation services.
Stay current with emerging web and mobile frameworks, tools, and industry trends to continuously enhance UI capabilities.
Mentor and guide development teams on UI best practices, frameworks, and deployment strategies.
Ensure UI solutions meet high standards for accessibility, performance, security, and user experience.
Qualifications
Proven hands-on experience with modern web frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and mobile UI technologies.
Experience designing and implementing scalable UI platforms for diverse user bases.
Expertise in micro-frontend architecture and implementation techniques.
Solid experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools, including AWS Amplify or equivalent.
Familiarity with front-end build tools, version control systems, and deployment processes.
Ability to develop UI strategies that enable “one build, run everywhere” across multiple platforms.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills to effectively engage with technical teams and business stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
Expertise in Salesforce UI technologies, including Lightning Web Components (LWC), with a focus on enabling reuse outside Salesforce environments.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and their integration with UI deployment pipelines.
Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG).
Education
BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
