Responsibilities

Enhance and protect the online reputation for Catalyst Physician Group and its providers by monitoring, reporting on and responding to patient and community sentiment across digital touchpoints. Respond to patient reviews and emails with brand consistency, empathy and in partnership with practice operations and compliance teams.

Develop and maintain a comprehensive patient communications editorial calendar (email, web, social media, blogs, podcasts) to ensure consistent, timely, and relevant outreach that supports patient engagement, acquisition and retention goals. Deliver a structured calendar that supports clinical and practice team priorities and is updated monthly and shared across teams.

Create campaigns and assets for patient CRM and social media channels which proactively educates patients and generates return visits. Develop and execute patient‑facing communications (e.g., emails, provider videos, social media posts) that align with clinical priorities and drive patient engagement, acquisition and retention.

Curate insights on the patient experience using in‑depth knowledge of patient sentiment and online reputation to identify areas of opportunity, flag concerns, and spotlight successes across our ecosystem. Participate in cross‑functional team to report and monitor patient satisfaction activities and deliver monthly reporting on online reputation activities.

Execute community related events including health fairs, non‑profit sponsorships and in‑practice activations to engage current and future patients. Deliver brand assets, coordinate with practice/providers, attend and report on 1‑2 community events per quarter.

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, advertising, marketing or technology.

4‑6 years of experience in communications and/or marketing, with a strong understanding of reputation management, stakeholder engagement and social media strategies.

Excellent written and verbal communications skills translated to clear and compelling brand assets and communications.

Strong attention to detail and meticulous approach to company and provider reputation management.

Strong project management skills and comfortable in an entrepreneurial, fast‑paced environment.

Hybrid role required to work in Catalyst headquarters two days a week and attend in‑person meetings and events across Dallas‑Fort Worth as needed.

Agile with the ability to execute in ambiguity.

Adaptable to new marketing technology and changing digital landscape.

Learner’s mindset, with a proactive, problem‑solving approach first.

Preferred Experience

Healthcare experience, specifically patient‑facing within a practice or healthcare system.

Familiarity with SEO principles related to online reputation management and content creation.

Proficient in content management systems and analytics tools for CRM, social media and online reputation management.
