3D Producer (Trade Show / Experiential + Rendering Projects)
Hybrid – New York, NY (3 days onsite at Penn One)
6–12 month contract with potential to extend or convert
We’re looking for a 3D Producer to lead the end-to-end execution of creative, trade show, and visualization projects for a global lighting and technology brand’s 3D design team. This role sits at the intersection of experiential production, architectural visualization, and creative operations — managing both the physical and digital expressions of the brand’s environments.
What You’ll Do
Oversee trade show and experiential builds from concept through installation, including scheduling, budgeting, vendor coordination, and onsite execution.
Manage rendering and visualization initiatives, collaborating with 3D designers who create high-fidelity visuals, animations, and emerging AR/VR concepts.
Lead four in-house designers and coordinate work with multiple external fabrication and production vendors.
Maintain creative quality while ensuring projects deliver on time and within scope.
Use tools like Workfront for project tracking and Figma for design collaboration.
Bridge communication between creative, fabrication, and marketing teams.
What We’re Looking For
6–12 years of experience in experiential, exhibit, or architectural project management or production.
Proven success managing trade show or built-environment projects from start to finish.
Familiarity with rendering and 3D workflows (SketchUp, Rhino, Blender, or similar).
Strong vendor‑management skills and comfort with technical drawings and fabrication processes.
Excellent communicator with strong organizational and leadership skills.
Curiosity about emerging tech — AR/VR exposure is a plus but not required.
Base pay range
$55.00/hr – $75.00/hr
