About Elevate

At Elevate Consulting Group, we help builders, makers, and doers get organized — because it all starts with the data. We’re an accounting and consulting firm built for those who roll up their sleeves, build something real, and never stop improving. Our team combines high‑touch service with high‑tech systems to help small businesses grow with clarity and confidence. We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who will take full ownership of Elevate’s marketing — leading everything from brand storytelling to content creation, digital strategy, and production. You’ll work closely with our Founder to capture Elevate’s voice and story, turning ideas into authentic, engaging content that connects with our clients and community. This is a hands‑on, creative role for someone who thrives on both vision and execution.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct weekly interviews with Jayme to capture Elevate’s story, insights, and brand voice.

Develop and manage a content calendar for blogs, newsletters, social media, and campaigns.

Create, schedule, and post content across Elevate’s and Jayme’s social platforms, maintaining consistency and engagement.

Oversee all aspects of podcast production — from scheduling and recording to editing and repurposing content.

Film and edit team videos, behind‑the‑scenes clips, and short‑form educational content. Create content for team to follow.

Write and distribute newsletters and automations that nurture leads and build community.

Design and produce marketing and sales materials such as one‑pagers, pitch decks, proposals, and digital brochures to support Elevate’s growth initiatives.

Review analytics to assess content performance and recommend improvements.

Coordinate with leadership and contractors to align branding, messaging, and creative direction.

Ideal Candidate

5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or creative production.

Strong storytelling, writing, and editing skills.

Experience filming and editing video content (Reels, YouTube, podcast clips).

Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite, and social scheduling tools.

Webflow experience a plus.

SEM Rush or other marketing analytics/reporting experience a plus.

QBO (QuickBooks Online) familiarity a plus but not required.

Experience developing branded sales materials or proposals.

Has a strong eye for detail and design.

Self‑motivated, organized, and detail‑oriented with excellent follow‑through.

Comfortable working directly with leadership and taking ownership of projects from concept to completion.
