As a
Landscape Designer , you’ll support a multidisciplinary team of planners, engineers, and landscape architects to bring creative visions to life. You’ll be involved in every stage of the design process – from conceptual design through construction documentation – working on a wide variety of projects such as parks, greenways, streetscapes, campus improvements, and resilient infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Develop site concept designs and construction documents utilizing AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, SketchUp/Revit, and Lumion/Enscape
Assist in the preparation of presentation graphics and renderings for client/public meetings
Learn and apply office standards for AutoCAD, Adobe workflow, and file management
Incorporate feedback into drawings, graphics, and presentations in a timely manner
Work collaboratively with project managers and team leaders to identify and prioritize tasks
Contribute to project deadlines and overall team success
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Landscape Architecture
0–3 years of related professional experience
Proficiency with AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), 3D modeling (SketchUp or Revit), and rendering (Lumion or Enscape)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Proficiency in hand drawing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem‑solving and organizational skills
Occasional site visits required (primarily in‑state, approximately 5–10% of work time)
