Marketing Coordinator - (this position is onsite daily & non‑negotiable)
We are seeking an innovative and motivated
Marketing Coordinator
to support our growing national brand. This role will be instrumental in managing external marketing partnerships, coordinating digital campaigns, leading social media, and driving strategic initiatives that generate awareness, leads, and measurable growth. SWAT Environmental is the nation’s leading radon mitigation company, committed to protecting families and communities from radon‑induced lung cancer. Each year, we help tens of thousands of homeowners and businesses create safer, healthier living and working environments. Key Responsibilities
Marketing Agency Liaison
Manage the day‑to‑day relationship with SWAT’s external marketing agency partners. Oversee PPC, SEO, and paid social campaigns to ensure alignment with growth goals and brand standards. Analyze campaign performance, report key metrics, and provide actionable feedback to optimize outcomes.
Organic Social Media Leadership
Lead the planning, creation, and scheduling of organic social media content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Threads, and YouTube. Develop engaging, brand‑aligned messaging that highlights SWAT Environmental mission and success stories.
AI‑Driven Marketing Innovation
Leverage AI tools and platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Grok) to enhance copywriting, campaign optimization, and creative execution. Stay ahead of emerging AI marketing trends and recommend ways to integrate automation and predictive insights.
Marketing Campaign & Communication Management
Coordinate all marketing campaigns, including email, text messaging, and direct outreach initiatives. Support creative development of marketing materials, proposals, and customer communications. Track campaign performance to ensure continuous improvement and ROI growth.
Strategic Growth Support
Partner with the Chief Revenue Officer and field leadership to support pilot initiatives in key growth areas. Contribute to special projects and new channel development that expand SWAT Environmental Market reach. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or marketing coordination. Proven experience managing agency relationships, or working with an agency, executing multi‑channel campaigns. Familiarity with PPC, SEO, organic and paid social media, AI‑based marketing technologies, and CRM tools. Proficiency in Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong organizational and project‑management skills with attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative, collaborative, and data‑driven mindset. Compensation
$55‑60,000/year salary plus annual bonus potential Benefits
