This is a remote contract role for 5 hours per week for two months, paid at $25 per hour.

About the Role We are seeking a highly creative and results-driven Social Media Contractor to execute a focused, two-month campaign highlighting the critical role of pharmacists in healthcare. The role requires an approximate 5 hours of work per week, with a strong potential for extension based on performance and campaign success.

Key Responsibilities

Creating and scheduling social media posts specifically designed to highlight the role of pharmacists in healthcare.

Developing and deploying compelling, professional copy tailored to maximize reach and engagement across platforms.

Maintaining a strong awareness of emerging social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure the campaign remains cutting‑edge and effective.

Engaging actively with the target audience by regularly commenting on important industry and related posts.

Proactively bringing new, innovative social media ideas and strategies to the team.

Establishing and maintaining weekly analytics tracking to accurately monitor campaign success and suggest data‑driven optimizations and new content ideas.

Job Requirements

Creative Skills: Demonstrated ability to create unique, professional infographic‑style graphics suitable for a B2B and healthcare audience.

Video Capability: Technical ability to record and edit videos for social media.

Platform Expertise: Proven working knowledge and proficiency in using Hootsuite for scheduling and managing content.

LinkedIn Focus: Deep understanding of best practices for growing organic reach and engagement on LinkedIn.

Soft Skills

Professional demeanor and excellent written communication skills.

High degree of professionalism and a self‑starting, proactive approach to work.

Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage a defined weekly schedule independently.

Time Breakdown

30 min/week: Bi‑weekly meeting.

30 min/week: Create a schedule for the following week, including content to be featured.

2–2.5 hr/week: Create content using a variety of formats (min 5 posts/week), request feedback.

30 min/week: Make any necessary updates & schedule posts.

1 hr/week: Comment on relevant posts in the industry under the brand account.

30 min/week: Track analytics, build out trend library, offer suggestions.
