Our Business Unit In this position, you will belong to the Benelux – Germany - Switzerland cluster that is part of EMEA Markets, which handles sales in Europe, Africa, and France in over ten countries. Germany is one of the high potential markets at the EMEA level with short-term growth expected.

Job overview Our Frankfurt office is looking for a PR & Brand Manager for the German market. You will be responsible for promoting the Club Med brand, increasing its visibility and desirability, and positioning it as one of the leading references in all-inclusive tourism and lifestyle holidays in Germany.

Key missions Define and launch the PR & influence strategy to support brand awareness

Deploy the PR & influencer roadmap in-line with brand DNA

Increase visibility on tier 1 media with novelties and brand pillars/USP through interviews, events, press releases, with a sense of creativity and innovation

Management of press release roadmap alongside our PR agency, answering media enquiries and producing press releases and alerts, translation of global press kits

Monitor PR efficiency through reporting and analysis, recommend optimizations

Take part in the coordination of press trips: select the most relevant journalists & influencers, coordinate their stay, ensure smooth events and a positive post-event impact (performance measurement)

Manage the relationship with our PR & Influence agency

Initiate & manage partnerships

Build local partnerships to enhance brand visibility and ensure related events in order to drive exposure and prospect generation for Club Med

Follow up, coordinate & amplify the existing partnerships

Deploy & optimize the Branding Media strategy to boost brand awareness

In charge of the Branding campaigns, Online & Offline (TV, Outdoor, Print): brief the media agency, adapt the content (video, digital assets), follow-up the budget, monitor the KPIs

Lead the “content boost” plan to capitalize on influencer content, alongside with our media agency

Press Media: create an annual press purchase plan with suitable media. Create the content or share the content for ad creation.

University degree

Specialisation in marketing/communication

Professional experience

At least 4 years’ experience in marketing positions or agency

Knowledge of premium/luxury industry or a very strong interest in travel

Conditions & benefits Travel trip Position requires frequent traveling to Club Med Resorts & Brussels Club Med office (5 to 8 times per year, with compensatory days off if they fall on a weekend)
