We’re a small, design-focused architecture studio committed to modern work rooted in craft, materiality, and context. While we’re based locally, our projects take us all over the country—from tight city lots to expansive remote landscapes.
The Role You’ll lead projects from early concept through construction, managing timelines, consultant coordination, and client relationships. As a small office, we work closely together—this role offers hands‑on involvement in everything from design development to site visits. Our work ranges from custom residential to design‑forward commercial projects, all with an emphasis on detail, buildability, and material expression.
What We’re Looking For
8+ years of experience in an architecture office, preferably including built work
B.Arch or M.Arch degree
Proficiency in AutoCAD LT, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
Strong communication and project management skills
Experience with consultant coordination and construction administration
A thoughtful approach to materials, detailing, and the craft of building
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a design‑led environment
Bonus If You Also Have
Experience with high‑end residential projects
Architecture license (not required)
Hands‑on construction or fabrication experience that informs your design thinking
Hand drawing skills
Background or interest in photography, woodworking, or metalworking
Familiarity with sustainable design strategies and regional building
