We’re working with a cutting‑edge AI platform building the fastest API infrastructure for image generation and editing — enabling real‑time personalization and creative automation at scale.
They’re now looking for a
Growth & Marketing Manager
to join as the first hire in the marketing team. This is a unique opportunity for someone ambitious who wants to
grow into a future Head of Growth & Marketing
role, working closely with the founding team to shape and scale their go‑to‑market strategy.
What you’ll do:
Drive marketing campaigns across digital, SEO, content, and email to build awareness and pipeline.
Plan and execute impactful field marketing programs, ABM campaigns, and industry events.
Support community engagement and partnerships to build brand presence.
Collaborate with sales, product, and leadership to align campaigns with GTM goals.
Track and optimize campaign performance through data and experimentation.
Contribute to product launches and creative marketing initiatives that connect with developer and AI audiences.
Who you are:
2–4 years of experience in growth, digital, or field marketing (ideally in AI, or developer tools).
Excited by the idea of building — not just executing — and taking ownership of new initiatives.
Strong understanding of digital channels (SEO, paid, content, events).
Hands‑on, creative, and‑driven with a desire to learn fast.
Excellent communicator who can collaborate cross‑functionally and adapt in a startup environment.
