What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Lead and manage the Digital pod, setting priorities and driving performance

Build and optimize a comprehensive measurement framework using GA4, GTM, and Looker Studio

Oversee B2B paid media operations, including Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads

Drive Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategy through A/B testing and user experience analysis

Collaborate with Marketing Ops to optimize lead flow and scoring within Marketo/Salesforce

What is Required (Qualifications):

Advanced proficiency in GA4, GTM, and Looker Studio, with a strong understanding of attribution modeling and B2B funnel analysis

Hands‑on experience running and scaling campaigns in Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads for B2B audiences

Strong grasp of A/B testing, landing page optimization, and UX principles

Working knowledge of B2B SEO principles and marketing automation platforms (Marketo or Salesforce)

Exceptional ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations for clients and leadership

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Proven leadership skills with the ability to align cross‑functional teams

Experience using AI for briefs, QA, and content repurposing

A strong portfolio showcasing successful digital marketing strategies and results
