We're looking for a
Creative Director
who can own the
story, strategy, and performance
behind every campaign not just ads.

Role Overview The Creative Director leads the overall
messaging and creative strategy , ensuring every touchpoint ads, emails, landing pages, and video content works together to convert accredited investors.
You’ll manage copywriters and designers, craft high‑performing creative, and drive testing strategy across Meta and other digital channels.
This is a
hands‑on player‑coach
position: part strategist, part storyteller, part optimizer.
Key Responsibilities Messaging & Funnel Strategy
Own the full messaging architecture for client campaigns from ad hook to email nurture.
Conduct deep‑dive interviews with clients to uncover differentiators, proof points, and investor motivations.
Develop offer narratives and creative frameworks that connect across ad, page, and email.
Lead creative testing strategy define hypotheses, design experiments, and analyze performance results.
Creative Development
Manage and mentor copywriters and designers to deliver conversion‑driven creative at scale.
Write and review copy for ads, landing pages, and emails to ensure clarity, persuasion, and compliance.
Oversee content structure for investor webinars, video scripts, and advertorials.
Performance & Optimization
Monitor creative performance weekly CTR, CPL, conversion, open and reply rates.
Translate performance data into creative strategy: refresh angles, hooks, and positioning based on results.
Present creative insights and campaign updates directly to clients with account leadership.
Leadership
Build repeatable creative systems frameworks, templates, and messaging libraries that scale with client volume.
Maintain high standards for messaging integrity, brand consistency, and compliance with advertising policies.
Partner cross‑functionally with media, copy, and operations to ensure aligned campaign execution.
Qualifications
7+ years in performance marketing, creative strategy, or direct‑response copy leadership roles.
Proven track record in building and optimizing ad + email funnels that drive measurable ROI.
Deep understanding of Meta and familiarity with at least one other digital channel (YouTube, TikTok, Display, or LinkedIn).
Strong writing and messaging skills able to both create and coach great copy.
Experience managing multi‑disciplinary creative teams (copy, design, video).
Analytical mindset comfortable interpreting performance data to guide creative iteration.
Experience with finance, investing, or real estate verticals is a major plus.
What Success Looks Like
90 days: Unified messaging systems across key accounts.
6 months: Increased creative testing velocity and improved funnel conversion.
12 months: A scalable creative system producing consistently high‑performing ads and email funnels.
Compensation & Environment
Salary range:
$120K$150K , depending on experience
