Position Responsibilities This position will be responsible for the management of building and maintaining strong client relationships, developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, and overseeing the successful execution of campaigns across various channels. Client contracts include monthly retainer work and occasional one-off projects.
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their business objectives and providing strategic guidance on digital marketing initiatives.
Following our proprietary processes; develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that are tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of each client.
Manage Google Business Profiles, publish SEO pages and build/manage Google Ad campaigns.
Collaborate with internal teams and follow company processes to ensure seamless execution and delivery accuracy.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize results and drive ROI.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing to continuously enhance our offerings and deliver innovative solutions to clients.
Provide monthly reports and updates to clients on campaign performance, highlighting key metrics and achievements.
Requirements
Proven experience in digital marketing account management. Marketing channels include: Google Business Profiles, SEO, Google Ads, social media and content marketing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
Strong computer skills and experience with WordPress.
Ability and willingness to follow strict processes and not deviate from our proven formulas.
Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.

Communicate proactively at all times.
We only make money by helping our clients make money.
Conduct work with integrity and exercise initiative when direct report isn’t present.
Absolutely ZERO corner-cutting will be tolerated. Health and wellness of our client’s accounts is more important than any short-term result.
Know or learn how to balance being forward-leaning & creative and knowing when it’s time to be efficient and generate revenue for our clients and the agency.
Our #1 priority is always retainer clients. Unless we are working on an emergency, when pre-paid retainer clients request something, we service them. #2 priority is new business.
Compensation & Schedule
Employer will pay an additional salary of $300 a month to help with employee’s health insurance costs (employee will be responsible for their own insurance).
Employer will pay an additional salary of $100 a month to help with employee’s cell phone plan and bill (employee will be responsible for their own cell phone bill).
Monthly management bonus incentives available.
Profit sharing is available to all employees when the agency has a profitable month.
10 days of paid vacation per year.
5 paid sick days per year.
7 paid holidays per year: birthday, New Years Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. Office closed Dec 25-Jan 1.
This is a full-time, in-house Monday - Friday position.
Work hours are 8:30am - 5:00pm with a one hour lunch break.
