Senior Product Marketing Manager

We are looking for a seasoned product marketing professional who will develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies for our payment products, ensuring alignment with global product marketing and commercialization initiatives. In this role, you will build compelling product messaging, lead product launches, drive sales enablement, and collaborate closely with corporate marketing, sales, product, and cross‑sell teams to accelerate product adoption and revenue growth.
Responsibilities
Develop differentiated positioning and messaging based on audience, competition and industry insights.
Orchestrate end‑to‑end product launches, including messaging, content, initiatives, progress tracking and success measurement.
Lead the creation and execution of comprehensive go‑to‑market plans to drive product adoption and customer engagement.
Partner with Product and Revenue Marketing to execute cross‑sell strategies for existing and new customers.
Create sales enablement materials—sales collateral, demos, tools—to articulate product value across inside and channel sales teams.
Collaborate with revenue and partner marketing teams to support campaign initiatives that acquire new customers and cross‑sell to existing ones.
Advocate for the customer internally by translating feedback into product and marketing strategy.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
8+ years of B2B marketing experience for consumer‑facing products, financial services or payments, with at least five years in a large (5,000+ employee) or startup organization.
Strong experience leading product marketing in a matrixed environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree or MBA.
Experience launching and growing products in e‑commerce, fintech or pay‑tech.
Proven success creating value propositions, pricing and offers.
Advanced quantitative and analytical skills; proficiency with data‑driven marketing initiatives.
Pragmatic Marketing certification.
Desired Skills and Capabilities
Strategic thinker with strong analytical judgment and ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
Independent decision maker who drives complex projects and builds formal networks.
Strong collaboration and matrix management experience.
