Your Impact The Vice President/Senior Director of Marketing leads PHG’s marketing strategy across all brands, ensuring alignment between hospitality excellence, innovation, and business performance. This strategic leader oversees brand development, analytics, digital transformation, and marketing performance across all restaurants and hotels, including Great Lakes Capital, a related development company. They are responsible for crafting compelling brand stories, fostering guest loyalty, and driving measurable ROI through insight-driven campaigns and AI-enabled tools. Reporting directly to the President, this role ensures that marketing strategies elevate both the guest experience and organizational growth.
Your Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and budgets for all PHG brands and GLC developments, including hotels, restaurants, and corporate initiatives.
Lead, mentor, and hold accountable the internal marketing team and external partners, fostering a collaborative, performance-driven culture.
Oversee and manage marketing plans, calendars, and budgets; track ROI utilizing data analytics and AI insights.
Integrate AI-driven tools and automation to optimize campaign targeting, performance tracking, and workflow efficiency.
Oversee brand positioning, identity development, storytelling, and creative direction across PHG and GLC brands.
Partner with Operations, Sales, and Finance to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Integrate guest feedback and satisfaction metrics into marketing strategies to enhance guest experience and loyalty.
Oversee digital marketing, CRM, SEO/SEM, website management, and social media strategy to ensure cohesive execution.
Ensure all creative materials uphold brand standards and elevate guest perception across all touchpoints.
Direct public relations, sponsorships, influencer programs, and strategic partnerships to strengthen brand visibility.
Monitor guest and market feedback to refine engagement strategies and identify opportunities for growth.
Support future team scalability, identifying emerging needs and developing talent pipelines within marketing.
Your Skills/Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business (Master’s preferred).
10+ years of progressive marketing leadership, ideally in hospitality or multi-brand environments.
Demonstrated ability in strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and tactical execution.
Experience leading digital transformation initiatives, including AI and automation in marketing workflows.
Strong financial acumen with a proven ability to manage budgets and assess data-driven marketing performance.
Exceptional storytelling ability with a track record of elevating brand identity and guest engagement.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills with a passion for innovation.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Must be willing to relocate to Indianapolis, IN and travel as job necessitates.
