What We Need

This person will be responsible for all podcasting pre‑sale brand vetting across 1K+ podcasts on the iHeartPodcast Network, which is tied closely to our revenue goals each year. It will work closely with sales and sales planning teams, as well as podcast production and talent, to ensure effective alignment on all podcast sales opportunities.

What You’ll Do

  • Engages with team members in the sales planning process to test ideas and generate opportunities to build into media plans, with a hyper focus on recommending the right podcasts that fit brand needs
  • Maintains a network of internal & external (partner) contacts across the iHPN to funnel and streamline all sales opportunities through
  • Is an expert in determining the best content fits for specific sales pitches
  • Manages and maintains a database of advertiser preferences for all podcast shows on the network, providing the ability to utilize historical information effectively
  • Provides key intel as the main connector between pre‑sale and post‑sale transitions
  • Organizes and manages many ongoing opportunities in your project management tool of choice
  • Provides a sales status pipeline every month

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field from an accredited college or university
  • 5 - 10+ years of experience working in the advertising/media/talent industry
  • Experience with talent relations & digital advertising
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are a must
  • Ability to multitask and efficiently manage time and priorities

Compensation

Salary to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job‑related qualifications, and alignment with market data.
$64,350 - $80,000
