Audience Management Channel Marketing Manager

Location: Smithfield, RI (preferred) or Boston, MA – every other week onsite

Disqualifier: No hands‑on experience with CDPs or databases used for list pulls.

We’re looking for a data‑driven Audience Management Channel Marketing Manager to help design, build, and manage audiences that power personalized marketing experiences. You’ll collaborate across marketing, data, and tech teams to deliver precise, high-impact audience strategies.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute audience strategies aligned with marketing goals.
• Work with Snowflake and SQL to manage and optimize audience data.
• Partner with analytics and marketing teams to ensure flawless execution and measurement.

What You Bring

• 5+ years in audience or campaign management, database marketing, or CDP implementation.
• Hands‑on experience with Simon AI, Twilio Segment, and Snowflake.
• Strong SQL skills and comfort with large‑scale marketing databases.
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration abilities.
