Salary Range

Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 per year.

Qualifications

• 14+ years of experience within an agency or product design business
• Experience managing teams and coaching others
• Experience inspiring leadership members
• Experience in senior stakeholder management and growth of client accounts
• Expert in Adobe CS products, Figma and Sketch
• Experience managing design teams in agile environments
• Experience managing a design team that is split across different locations
• Experience in designing great banking and finance products and services

Responsibilities

• Manage an important client engagement and undertake senior stakeholder management
• Develop the creative execution across the entire team, ensuring high standards of output
• Oversee multiple projects and work streams
• Work with clients to explore new opportunities and projects
• Contribute to external initiatives and promote the agency
• Inspire the studio through initiative and best practices
• Work onsite in McLean with the customer
• Manage, mentor and line‑manage the team, ensuring regular 1‑2‑1s
