Job Overview
Graphic Designer – Location: Atlanta, Georgia. Salary: $100,600 – $215,400. This role is ideal for a creative individual with a passion for design and a strong ability to produce compelling visual content. You will play a key role in delivering high‑quality materials that align with our brand and support our goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop visually appealing designs for a variety of mediums, including brochures, digital campaigns, and print materials.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud tools, such as Photoshop and Illustrator, to create high‑quality graphics.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure design concepts align with project objectives.
- Maintain consistency across all visual assets to uphold brand standards.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and quality standards.
- Provide creative input during brainstorming sessions to enhance design strategies.
- Prepare final files for production and ensure all designs meet technical specifications.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative design techniques.
- Revise and improve designs based on feedback to achieve desired results.
- Organize and archive design files for easy access and future use.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a detail‑oriented environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and other related tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in creating brochures, digital assets, and print materials.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with teams and presenting ideas.
- Deep understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Familiarity with preparing files for both digital and print production.
- Proven ability to adapt to feedback and deliver high‑quality results.
