Job Overview

The ideal candidate is a detail‑focused self‑starter comfortable working on a lean, highly productive development team. As a Junior Applications/Services Developer you will provide user centric design for complex applications and efficient automated processing. You will build and maintain internal micro services and applications, communicate effectively with design, requirements, and technical constraints, keep an eye on performance, stay up-to-date on emerging technologies, and bridge the gap between design, requirements, and technical constraints.

Overview and Responsibilities

• Develop new user‑facing and backend features
• Build reusable code and libraries
• Optimize application for speed and scalability
• Deliver functional, testable code on or before due dates
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
• Maintain strong documentation skills

Skills And Qualifications

• Demonstrable knowledge in C#, .Net Core/.Net 6
• Proficient understanding of REST and Web APIs, including documenting them with OpenAPI/Swagger
• Experience building Blazor applications or writing razor pages
• Experience with front‑end component libraries (Telerik preferred)
• SQL Server with a solid understanding of ORM frameworks (Code first Entity Framework preferred)
• Proficiency working in a ticketed workflow system such as Jira/Azure DevOps
• Strong understanding of Git
• Proficient in OOP standards, C# SOLID Principles, and design patterns
• Knowledge of TDD
• Proficiency with VS Code/Visual Studio and Resharper

Nice To Have Skills

• Playwright, CypressJS or similar
• Good understanding of ADA accessibility principles and how to ensure application adheres to them
• Experience in microservices (highly desirable)
