As a Senior Product Manager, Global Services, you have lots of ideas grounded in research and knowledge of the marketplace. Your skills in planning and implementing these ideas are what make you an outstanding business partner and marketer. What youll be doing

  • Develop expertise in the global services portfolio including contract offering value proposition, replacement parts pricing and consumption, product maintenance and lifecycle requirements and customer portals
  • Work with upstream product marketing teams within Baxters business units to gather customer insights and develop the value proposition for new and existing service offerings
  • Establish global product launch plans, including market development strategy, identification of adoption barriers, and go-to-market campaigns in coordination with regional commercial partners
  • Define and launch new services, working with product marketing and service operations counterparts to support new product/ service launches
  • Collaborate with commercial and distributor organizations to ensure that service is top of mind and positioned effectively to maximize contract capture and share of wallet
  • Create forecast models and financial analysis of new programs including: NPV, IRR, pricing & COGS targets, sensitivities, scenario planning, tradeoff assessments

What youll bring

  • Minimum Bachelors degree with 8+ years of multifaceted leadership in strategic product marketing; MBA preferred
  • Extensive Product Management in medical devices, healthcare and/or healthcare IT. Experience working with large capital equipment and accompanying service packages a plus
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to better understand market trends and portfolio dynamics
  • Proven experience in performing market research, and using voice of customer, benchmarking, and market insights to develop commercial strategy/influence product development roadmaps
  • Experience collaborating with R&D, Engineering and Operations through all phases of product creation and delivering to global markets through new product introduction programs
  • Demonstrated continuous improvement approach, with the ability to use data, analysis, and financial savvy to drive decision-making
  • Ability to prioritize and lead multiple projects and collaborate with multiple partners simultaneously
  • Ability to travel up to 15-25%
  • Skill in collaborating with cross-functional teams within a matrixed organization

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. Baxter is committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $136,000 to $176,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors. Individual pay is based on location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position is also eligible for discretionary bonuses and long-term incentive.
